    Privacy Policy Terms of Service Refund Policy

    1. General Policy — No Refunds

    Bottola AI sells digital goods — generation credits and subscription access — that are delivered to your account instantly upon payment. Because of this instant, irreversible delivery, all subscription and credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described below.

    2. Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations

    This is already built into the product, not something you need to request: if a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, 70% of the credits deducted for that attempt are automatically returned to your account as soon as the failure is detected — typically within seconds.

    3. Cancelling a Subscription

    You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from Profile → Settings. Doing so stops future billing, but does not refund the current billing period — you keep access and credits for the plan you already paid for until it expires.

    4. Exceptional Circumstances

    We review the following on a case-by-case basis, even though they fall outside the general no-refund policy:

    • You were charged more than once for the same transaction (duplicate charge).
    • You were charged an incorrect amount due to a verifiable pricing error on our end.
    • Unauthorized use of your payment method (in which case we'll also help you secure your account).

    Contact us promptly if any of these apply — we can't guarantee resolution for reports made long after the charge occurred.

    For a billing question or one of the exceptional circumstances above, email support@bottola.ai with your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond within a few business days.

    We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
