These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bottola AI, operated as "Bottola AI" ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Bottola AI.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Bottola AI.
- You're responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm free credits or bypass usage limits is a violation of these Terms and may result in the withholding of free credits or account suspension.
2. The Service
Bottola AI lets you generate and edit images, video, and audio using AI models, through credits that are consumed per generation. Available models, credit costs, and features may change over time as we improve the platform.
3. Credits & Subscriptions
- Credits are a limited license to use the generation service — they are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off in Settings before the renewal date.
- If a generation fails due to a technical error, 70% of the credits deducted for that generation are automatically refunded to your account — no request needed.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bottola AI to create, upload, or share content that:
- Depicts real, identifiable people in a sexual, defamatory, or non-consensual manner (including "deepfakes" of real individuals without their consent).
- Sexualizes or exploits minors in any way — this is never permitted under any circumstance.
- Is intended to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Impersonates a real person or organization in a misleading way, or is intended to deceive (e.g. fabricated news, fraudulent identity documents).
- Violates any applicable law, including the laws of Bangladesh.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion, with or without prior notice for severe violations.
5. Ownership of Generated Content
As between you and Bottola AI, you own the content you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the license you grant us below. Because the underlying AI models are trained on large datasets, we can't guarantee your output is wholly original or free of any third-party rights — you're responsible for how you use what you generate, especially commercially.
By uploading or generating content on Bottola AI, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (e.g. showing it in your generation history, or on Explore if you choose to publish it).
6. Content Credentials (C2PA Compliance)
In the interest of transparency about AI-generated media, every image and video produced by Bottola AI has a C2PA Content Credentials manifest embedded in the file, labeling it as AI-generated (digital source type: trainedAlgorithmicMedia) along with the model used. You may not strip, forge, or falsify this provenance data, or misrepresent Bottola AI output as human-created or captured by a camera. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
7. Explore & Publishing Policy
- Publishing a generation to Explore is opt-in — you choose when to make something public via the publish toggle on your own content.
- Free-tier accounts: content you choose to publish to Explore may go live immediately, without further notice, once you use the publish action.
- Paid/other accounts: Bottola AI reserves the right to reach out for confirmation or send a notification request before certain content from these accounts is published or featured more prominently on Explore.
- Published content is visible to other users along with your display name and avatar, and can be liked, favorited, and commented on.
- You can unpublish your own content from Explore at any time.
8. Referrals & Coupons
Referral credits and coupon codes are subject to the specific terms shown at the time they're offered, and may be limited, time-bound, or discontinued at any time. Abuse of referral or coupon systems (e.g. self-referrals, fake accounts) forfeits the associated credits.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, or abuse of the credit/referral system. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings. Credits and subscription time remaining are forfeited upon termination for cause.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Bottola AI is provided "as is." AI-generated output can be unpredictable, and we don't guarantee any particular result, availability, or uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bottola AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bottola AI after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
